Join Regalos De Amor ministry in screening and preparing shoe boxes that have been collected so that they can be ready for the distribution event in Mexico. Hands as young as 8 years of age are welcomed to come and serve as long as accompanied by parents. Box Preparation will take place at our Hillside Campus in the Portable.

We have an opportunity to bless a child in Nuevo Laredo through Regalos De Amor, an outreach ministry that shares the Gospel of Jesus Christ in our neighboring city. You can partake in sharing the love of God through this ministry by gifting a shoe box filled with fun age-appropriate items. Women of Grace, join your sisters in Christ at this year’s retreat on October 27-29th. We will gather at Grace San Isidro on Friday (6 -10 PM) and Saturday (9 AM – 9 PM) and then enjoy the beautiful Max Mandel along the river on Sunday (9 AM – 2 PM).
Our speaker Gloria Grell is one of our favorite people! She is the director of Prepared, the EFCA ministry program for equipping women. She loves the Lord and His Word and will be pouring out to us as an overflow from that love. As a wife, mom, and grandmother who has served in ministry for over 40 years, she gets us, and she wants us as women in Christ to thrive in all that He calls us to.
We will be talking about the beauty of God’s Story in the arc of Scripture and how the beauty of Esther’s story fits under His arc. Beholding the glory of the Lord in these stories, you will reflect about He is masterpiecing you into the image of Christ from one degree of glory to another until you see Him face to face (2 Corinthians 3:18).
Finally, our sisters, we will be making memories with God and one another as we worship and learn together and enjoy some artsy stuff -- a little bit of drama, art, and poetry – and some girly stuff and a whole lot of talking around food! On Sunday we will enjoy time for personal reflection in a beautiful setting and celebratory teaching and worship in the upper room with a view of the river.
